Ingredients for Air Fryer Steak Bites
- Ribeye Steak: Any tender cut of steak, like ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon will work! You will need to cut this up into bite-sized pieces.
- Seasonings: Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
- Avocado Oil: You can also use olive oil instead
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Butter: Melted. Salted or unsalted works just fine.
- Parsley: For a pop of color
How to Make this Recipe
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Slice the Ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces then add to a bowl.
- To the bowl add salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Drizzle the avocado oil and Worcestershire sauce over the seasoned steak bites and toss again to ensure they are coated.
- Once preheated, arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Place the air fryer basket in the preheated air fryer and cook the steak bites at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The steak bites should be browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the rested steak bites and toss to coat them in the butter.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the steak bites as a garnish.
