Carrot Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Festive and delicious, these Carrot Chocolate Covered Strawberries are a cute addition to your Easter celebration. Enjoy them on their own or use them to decorate a cake or dessert!

Just FIVE simple ingredients are needed to make this craving a reality!

Add the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil to a small bowl and microwave until fully melted.

Put equal drops of red and yellow food coloring into the white chocolate chips and stir, adding more coloring until your desired orange color is achieved.

Grab the strawberries lightly by the green portion and dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate. Then place on parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Pour the extra white chocolate into a small sandwich-size ziploc bag, then use scissors to cut off a small corner of the bag. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the coated strawberries to make the signature carrot lines.

Place the strawberries in the fridge for about 10 minutes to cool. Then pour chocolate sprinkles in a bowl and nestle the strawberries in them to look like dirt.

ENJOY!

Expert Tips:
